This has an impact on their performance and consistency in the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the sense of prevention and care, you can offer coaching to your employees. The goal is to analyze the current life situation and to define the reasons for stress caused. Analysis and different approaches are then developed to help improve the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The scope of the coaching depends on the employee&#8217;s situation, but includes at least 6 coaching sessions.
